About MEDRX
MEDRX keeps your prescriptions and lab reports in one place that you own, and lets a hospital see them only when you allow it.
Your privacy
What we keep: your profile, the medicines and lab results you confirmed, the photos you chose to keep, your emergency card settings, and a log of who opened your record.
All of it is encrypted with a key that belongs to your record alone. Without that key the stored data is unreadable.
Who can see it: you. A hospital sees it only when you give it your Med ID and the 6-digit code that changes every minute. Anyone who scans your emergency card sees only the fields you ticked.
Hospital access is time-limited: it ends by itself after 24 hours and you can stop it at any time. Every opening is written to your activity list, and you get an alert.
You can download all of your data, or delete your account and everything in it, from Settings.
Not medical advice
MEDRX is not medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat anything. Always ask your doctor or pharmacist before you change how you take a medicine.
How AI is used
AI reads the handwriting and print on your prescriptions and reports, and you check every field before anything is saved. AI also flags medicines that may clash. These flags are AI-generated and not verified by a doctor, so treat them as a reason to ask, not as an answer.
